Here are a few shots of the pancetta that I finished about a month ago. I was my first time and I feel the results were fantastic. I've made carbonara, bucatini al'amatriciana, risotto, etc...It's substantially better then anything I've bought at a store....There are a ton of recipes and variations online, enjoy!
